These are the terms & conditions of the Entrepreneur Spotlight.
USAGE:
By submitting your photo for UV Entrepreneur Spotlight consideration, you grant to Unheard Voices Networks the absolute, perpetual, worldwide right to (1) reproduce, copy, modify, create derivatives in whole or in part, or otherwise use the submitted photo or any part thereof in combination with or as a composite of other matter, an (2) use and permit the use of your name, whether in original or modified form, in connection with the photo, and (3) display, perform and exhibit the photo in a Entrepreneur Spotlight post or gallery on Unheard Voices web site located at www.unheard-voices.com, on other places including on Facebook.
This means that if selected as for the Entrepreneur Spotlight, unheard-voices.com is forever permitted to display your photo on this site or any of its alternate display methods. You, the photographer/submitter, still retain all rights to the photograph and we will NOT sell any submitted or selected photos.
You understand that other persons may download, print or otherwise capture content posted on web sites and use or exploit that content without authorization. Unheard Voices Online does not have any obligation to prevent the capture or subsequent use or exploitation of photos posted on its web site.
RIGHTS:
You represent that you have the right to submit the photo and/or that the subject of said photo has granted permission to use her image in the photo. You also represent the right to submit all information.
You waive all rights and release Unheard Voices Networks, its subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, licensees, their successors and assigns, and those acting with its authority, from, and will neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any of them for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the photos submitted.
