The Garden went crazy as Jeremy Lin guided the Knicks to an exciting win over the defending champions Dallas Mavericks. The sensational play of Jeremy Lin with the help of newly added player JR Smith from Freehold NJ hit several three pointers to send the Garden into a frenzy. Lin had 28 points, 14 assists, five steals and seven turnovers in the Knicks’ 104-97 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. With the help of JR Smith, Lin has elevated the Knicks back to .500 with a 16-16 record. The Knicks next game is Feb 20, against the New Jersey Nets.
