What if you could move into a home without paying a mortgage? A Texas man took advantage of a little known provision in Texas law that allows him to claim a home after three years of abandonment. The house was in foreclosure for a year after the owner walked away then the mortgage company went out of business.
Kenneth Robinson, moved into the home after months of research on a law called “adverse possession”. He recently landed the $300,000 abandoned home.
